1. What is the process ordering a custom logo design?
(a) Choose from one of our packages that you will find by scrolling down on our home page   (b) Click on start my logo button and complete the simple electronic creative brief for you to complete and tell us more on your logo design needs. or you can click here.
(c) Make payment, we accept proof of payment like a bank receipt.

1b. I have completed the brief but cannot send it?
This happens when the user doesn't have outlook express configured as the default mail client, below are the steps you should follow to correct this (a) click on send (b) a list will appear (c) on step 1 in the list "Internet email" click on "save data file to a location in your computer", save it and then send as attachment to info@logoland.com.au, with your preferred mail client, for example: msn, yahoo, gmail, etc...   Or print and fax the brief to (03)9546-3677.

2. Do I have to pay upon ordering?
Yes. We cannot begin design until payment is made.

3. Do you design other artwork including letterheads, business card, invoices etc?
Yes, we can provide you with a custom quote for other graphic design services not included in our packages or that are required separately from your logo design.

4. Do you design flash websites?

Yes (partly flash). We design CSS styled websites that may contain certain flash images, but the text is always in html format. Therefore making it search engine friendly.

5. Where are you located?
We are located in Melbourne, Australia. Our mailing address is Logoland, PO Box 356, Noble Park VIC, 3174.

6. Do you service only in Melbourne?

No, we provide our services to all of Australia and overseas.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by direct deposit, cheque and Paypal.
8. Can I pay by credit card and is it safe?
Yes, through PayPal, which is an e-bay company and it is completely safe to pay through them, we do not see your credit card details, they receive the payment and then pay us. If you would like to pay by credit card onto our PayPal account please use this email address paypal@logoland.com.au

9. Why should I give you my personal details?
Your details are very important for us to be able to provide you with our services and to maintain in contact with you while designing your project. We do not give your details to anyone else.

10. Who maintains the rights to the logo or any other artwork that you design?

You, as soon as your logo design has been completed and you have received it, the logo copyright is 100% yours and you can even get a trademark for it if you like.

11. What if I really don't like the concepts?
We may either ask you to consider the modification posibilities or we can give you extra concepts if you provide more detailed information on your logo design needs.
12. What is the price for re-design?
To re-design a logo we offer the logo redraw for $129.00 or depending on how many concepts you would like you can choose from our Regular Package at $199.00, Extra package of $349.00, Ultra package of $439.00, Premium package of $589.00, or our Complete package of $749.00.

13. We are a large to corporate company, can we still choose from one of your custom logo design packages?   Yes, large to corporate companies are welcome to purchase any of our packages including the smallest package that we have, as long as the amount of concepts and revisions suit their needs.
14. Why does the web hosting link take me to the contact us form?
We mainly offer web hosting in our web design packages but provide you with a custom quote on your web hosting need.
