Q: How do I order a logo design?

A: On our home page click on any of the Start Now buttons on the page or under each package on the packages and pricing page. Next, just complete the creative brief, make payment and we begin your logo design on the same day or the next business day of receiving your order and proof of payment or payment. Q: What if I do not want to make payment in advance?

A: We do not begin any projects without the client making payment in advance, reason being that once we provide the initial concepts if the client had not made the payment in advance they could decide not to continue and keep the logos provided for their use and there would be copyright issues and legal costs involved for our company. Q: When do you start working on my project?

A: As soon as we receive your order and payment or proof of payment, we begin your project within a few hours to one business day.


Q: When can I see my initial logo design?

A: After we receive your payment it will take approximately 3-6 working days, depending on the package, before we present you with the first concepts of your logo.


Q: By what mode will you present the initial concepts?

A: We will create the concepts in Adobe Illustrator and save the document in PDF format and e-mail the concepts to the email address that is nominated on the creative brief.


Q: What are concepts?

A: Concepts are the logo ideas that our designers design for you during the design process, before one is chosen and made formally as a logo.


Q: What are revisions?

A: Revisions are the modification requests that you can use to have your logo enhanced.


Q: What are variations?

A: variations are the edited versions of your chosen concept (logo) in a revision, provided during the design process.


Q: How many modifications I can suggest?

A: Modifications can be applied to your chosen concept or various concepts of your choice, until you are fully satisfied. You will be presented with four or more logo design variations for your satisfaction. There are really no limitations in the amount of modifications that can be made to the concepts once they are designed. Every revision can be used to ask for any kind of modification and any amount, using your variation limits. All we need is for you to choose your favourite concepts and then provide your feedback with your modification requests.


Q: What if I have my own idea for a logo design?

A: Indicate your logo request on the creative brief clearly and include images if you have any; your requirement will be fully met as long as it is possible.


Q: Do your packages include illustrations?

A: Our packages include illustrative logo design and the designs can range from very simple to complex.


Q: Do you claim the rights of created logo design?

A: All rights of the logo purchased belong to our client. We maintain the right to display all logos on our website.


Q: Can you improve my existing company logo design?

A: Yes, you can provide an Adobe Illustrator file and we can work from that and improve it. Or you we can redesign it.


Q: During the design process can I provide feedback for modifications via telephone?

A: We have a policy in place that says that we must receive all feedback for modifications in writing via email for our design team to be able to take your requests formally. The reason for this is that this method has been proven to be more efficient during our many years of operation. This is in the best interest of clients and our company. This includes the final approval, it must be in writing. During the process you will be able to contact us via telephone to ask questions that you may have.


Q: If I am not satisfied with what you present to me during the initial stage can I demand a refund?

A: We do not provide refunds but we have a very high satisfaction rate. Our team of in-house designers design the logos based on the information provided by the client. You may be granted additional revisions if your package does not include them but it depends on the situation, which means we will continue improving your logo until you are fully satisfied without any additional charges. With our teams design experience it is very unlikely that you will not like the first concepts.

It is a process and we ask for your patience as this process usually only happens once for every business and we try to make it as simple as possible.

We do not expect you to be 100% satisfied with the initial concepts. We make sure that clients are satisfied with their final logo. We ask that clients please consider that their logo will be designed to suit the needs of their company, industry and their target market and usually not to appeal to personal preferences only. We do not guarantee satisfaction if the process has not been completed.


Q: While designing my logo what colour formats will you provide?

A: Colour format used during the design process is RGB from PANTONE colours. It is important to understand that colours are never accurate onscreen, but in RGB format we ensure that you view them as accurately as possible. We use hard copy Pantone Guides to choose colours. On the final stage we prepare the logo for printing, in CMYK colour format.


Q: Can I suggest specific fonts?

A: You can if you prefer but we do not guarantee that we will have that specific font, we can provide similar fonts if that be the case. Although we have a large amount of fonts available in our system, there are so many fonts available that it is likely that we will not have all of them. In the event that the client requests a specific font we don't have and they do not want a replacement font, extra charges will apply.


Q: Do you also use PANTONE colours?

A: Yes, we use Pantone colours from appropriate sources and provide your final logo in Pantone CMYK for print and RGB for on screen use.


Q: Can I ask for my logo to be designed exactly as another logo?

A: We cannot design a logo that looks very alike to another logo due to copyrights, we recommend that you aim to have a unique logo for your company that other's will look up to rather than compare as a copy of another logo.


Q: Do you provide services to clients all over the world?

A: Yes, we provide a word-wide service.


Q: If I am in a different country how can I pay for my logo design or graphic design?

A: Overseas payments are processed through PayPal or Internet banking.


Q: How do I receive my final files?

A: Your final logo files are sent via email. The web files are zipped for your convenience and the cmyk print files are sent unzipped to maintain their high quality. It is the client's responsibility to provide an email address where they do not have capacity restrictions. If the final email is not received, clients can request that the files be uploaded on our download manager, but at most times clients receive the final files without any problems.


Q: Will my logo be of high quality, will I be able to use it on a billboard or sign as an example?

A: Your logo will be designed in high resolution. We use Adobe Illustrator, a high quality vector program. You will be able to use your logo on a business card, billboard, website, stationery, signage, labels/packaging and any other use like vehicle signage etc.


Q: Why should I give you my personal details?

A: Your details are important for us to be able to provide you with our services and to maintain in contact with you while designing your project. We do not give your details to third parties.


Q: Can I have more than one concept finalised?

A: The final logo includes one concept finalised in various file formats and sizes, all our packages include one logo finalised. Extra variations of a concept finalised cost extra. The extra variation is created after your main logo has been approved to be finalised and will include a maximum of 1 revision.


Q: If I order a package that includes stationery, can I request that the stationery be editable?

A: You can but this means that we will not be finalising your stationery. You must consider that your printer will require the stationery to be finalised correctly with the correct bleed sizes, crop marks and print marks. The colour will need to suit their printing methods, either PMS or CMYK. The fonts may have to be flattened so that the printer does not need the fonts installed on their computer to be able to view the fonts accurately. Since the fonts will be editable you will require the fonts installed on your computer to be able to view the fonts accurately, you may need to purchase the fonts as it is prohibited for anyone to distribute fonts. You will need (Ai) Adobe Illustrator to edit your stationery. It is preferable for best results that our designers finalise your stationery for you.


Q: What if I want to print the stationery on my home printer?

A: We do not recommend that you print on your home printer; if this is done it is not really worth paying to have your stationery professionally designed if it is not going to be professionally printed. Normal printers like inkjet and laser printers do not print in Pantone colours like professional printers and the colours will not print accurately, the quality is also very low and they are not calibrated correctly.

Q: What do I do if your packages do not suit my needs?

A: If our website design packages do not quite suit your needs due to any reason, e.g. I require more pages designed & developed, please complete our quote request form and discuss your needs with us.


Q: Do you design and develop the website?

A: Our team designs, develops and uploads the website for you. All we will require are your login details and you will have a fully-functional website.


Q: Do your services include domain name registration and website hosting?

A: Our services do not include domain name registration or website hosting and the client acquires this.


Q: What type of web hosting do I require for a website designed by your team?

A: Our developers code PHP/SQL websites therefore you will require a host that supports PHP, this will be a Cpanel Server host.


Q: When will you require the website written content and in which format?

A: You may provide the written content even at the development stage provided in MS Word format and with headings to where each set of content belongs. We may require a short description describing each page if the page names are not obvious.


Q: Do your services or packages include databases, shopping carts and e-commerce websites?

A: Unfortunately at our affordable pricing we are unable to provide these services.


Q: I would like a website that I can sell my products/services via the website, can you help me anyway?

A: We can design a portal that allows for PayPal Payments and you can therefore sell via your website without the use of an expensive database system or having to have a merchant, additional charges apply (not include in our packages). PayPal account must be created by client.


Q: Do you design complete Flash Websites?

A: We do not design full flash websites as our websites are based on being Search Engine Friendly. Flash websites are not good for Search Engines as the content cannot be read by the Search Engine Bots/spiders. We can design highly appealing image interchanging presentations for websites without the use of Flash, additional charges apply (not included in our packages).

What type of hosting do I require?

The websites we create are designed using PHP and MySQL, so you will need a host that preferably provides CPanel hosting which is Linux based and therefore more affordable than Windows hosting, we highly recommend CPanel web hosting


What features should I look for in a webhost?

Please make sure that they have PHP 5.2 or higher and MySQL, also that it is a CPanel control panel


Can you set up our web hosting and domain name registration
