How It Works, Our Design Process

Ordering your logo

03 Filling out the order form (Creative Brief), this information helps us understand your company's design needs clearly and effectively.

04 Checkout, once the order is complete you will have two payment options.

Option 1, pay using PayPal
Option 2, pay using other payment methods by receiving an invoice to your email with the payment options BPAY or Cheque. Once the payment is received we can begin working on your project.

We design your concepts

05 Based on the design brief, we will create the initial designs (number of designs will depend upon the package ordered). Your first concepts will be sent to you via email in as little as 2 business days, depending on the package chosen. The colours are carefully chosen from professional Pantone Guides, making your logo suitable for printing and ensuring that the colours we see will be the same when printed.

The initial turnaround time will be 2 to 6 business days depending on the package. The turnaround time is calculated from the time we receive the complete brief, any other material (e.g. optional images, rough sketches, etc) and 100% payment. The concepts will be emailed in pdf. format for easy viewing to the e-mail that you provide on the creative brief (please make sure it is the correct e-mail).

Revisions (Modifications)

We modify the concepts to your feedback

06 After receiving the concepts you may wish to change certain elements such as font or colour. You may also wish to combine certain logos to achieve the desired result. Each time you request these changes, it is called a ‘Revision'. We revise the feedback that you provided and design the variations accordingly (4 to 8 variations depending on the package) containing any modifications you have asked for including any changes of colours and fonts. This process continues to the final revision and until you are satisfied with the logo of your choice.

Logo Approval, Receive your final logo

07 Once a concept is approved your logo design files are sent via email. The web files are zipped for your convenience and the cmyk print files are sent unzipped to maintain their high quality. Files are in suitable formats for web and print. You receive your logo style guide that includes your logo colours, fonts, suggestions on how to and how not to display your logo and support information.

Specifically - ai. jpg. pdf. eps. gif. png. pct. formats. You will receive your chosen concept (one concept) in over 20 RGB files for web and CMYK for print files.
