Terms & Conditions of use

Upon ordering the services of Logoland Australia (Logoland.com.au), you the client agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms of use of Logoland.com.au.

1. in ordering the services of Logoland Australia, Logoland.com.au you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the Logoland.com.au service. Logoland is a design firm as well as an Internet entity of which clients can view and order artwork to be produced for their company in a way that is easier for the designer and the client from the comfort of their own home or workplace. Logoland.com.au graphic designers communicate with clients through email or phone.
 
2. Eligibility. To be able to qualify for the use of services of Logoland.com.au client must be 18 years and over, agree to these terms and conditions, and complete the Ordering process and sign a contract if applicable.

3. Outcome. Logoland may not be held responsible in any way for the loss of profit of a company.

4. Refunds. Logoland is not responsible for the end product if the client is not satisfied after project has been finalised and released; reason being the client has already reviewed the samples provided and therefore has decided to continue and finalise.  If client is not satisfied during the design process, the client shall be entitled to extra concepts and revisions, these are only in certain scenarios and the client may be charged for extra concepts or revisions starting from $25.00 AUD per concept and revision.

 
 

5. Revision Cycles. Revision cycles consist of a number of times in which the artwork is sent to the client to review and answer in response to what they want changed or included etc. b) Responses. Client agrees to provide timely responses to Logoland.com.au after receiving status notifications from Logoland.com.au. Client shall have a maximum of 30 days (including weekends) to respond to each set of samples sent to them for review. Logoland will contact client any where between 7 to 27 business days of non-response by client to advice client of this policy. If after 30 days client fails to respond Logoland.com.au will assume the production/project complete. At such time Logoland.com.au shall have no further obligation to the client. Logoland.com.au shall not be held responsible for the condition of the artwork in the event of such circumstance.

6. Creative briefs. It is the client’s responsibility to send any creative briefs to Logoland (text & images to be included and provide detailed descriptions. Logoland.com.au may decide in its own discretion to reject a creative brief.  When a client sends a creative brief to Logoland they shall receive an invoice asking for payment, design will not begin until full payment for package is received. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, client will be contacted by e-mail, if client does not respond the order shall be cancelled.
