Web design process

In the creative brief we will find out what type of website suits your business better.  We will also find out if you already have any content or images that you would like to use on the website.  We also ask you to identify your key requirements to help you achieve your business goals through your website.  (At this stage we will need 30% payment) 

STEP 2

Planning the structure of the website

Planning and determining the structure and content for each page.  This is where we will ask you to provide us with images and content for the website, including any pricing lists, contact information to be displayed, terms and conditions, privacy statements, products/services, about your company and anything else that you may find relevant.  Keep in mind that nearly all websites include the following pages:

Then, they might include extra pages that they find that are useful in their industry or their type of business or website. If your website style should look like any existing brochures or other advertising material, then please provide us with a copies of that material.  If you have any trouble organising the content for the website just contact our project manager. 

STEP 3

Website design

This is where we begin interpreting all the information and images provided by you.  We work to develop a design that suits your company and helps you reach your business goals.  We will provide you with a design for approval, which will provide guide to the overall look of the website and demonstrate to you, where the key content areas will be in relation to the website navigation and other functional issues.

STEP 4

Website development

Based on the creative brief, the design of the website and the content, we now begin to develop the website, structuring and to input content.  Here is where we test it for functionality and performance, the website is tested including links between pages, tested in different web browsers and CSS Styles are created.  When the development stage is completed we will upload it to a testing area where you can preview the working website.  At this stage we await your approval of the overall design to move to the final stage.

STEP 5

Website release
The website is now uploaded to you your domain server page-by-page and tested again for functionality and performance.  When this is finished you will be advised by e-mail. 

Extra Services

SEO (search Engine Optimisation)

We provide search engine submission services and optimization of content for better search engine ranking.  We do not design websites with frames because they are not search engine friendly, the content inside the frames cannot be seen by search engines and therefore gives you poor ranking and it makes it very hard for people to find you.  For your website to be found it is not enough to just be online, it is crucial to perform search engine optimisation and have good content and lots of it so that the search engines can give you better ranking.

Future Website Maintenance

Any future work on the website must be performed by us, to be able to maintain a professional website.  We charge a very low rate to our existing valued clients for maintaining the website and minor adjustments and they are only performed at your request.
